How refunds, cancellations, and partial refunds work on this platform.
Payments are processed in INR via Razorpay. Amounts on invoices and refunds are shown in Indian Rupees.
Courses, PDF notes, and diet plans may be refunded at our discretion when access has not been substantially consumed. A partial refund leaves remaining access intact; a full refund revokes access.
Cancelled sessions are refunded automatically where payment was collected. 1-on-1 bookings can be cancelled before the join window according to the status shown in your dashboard.
